Education is a massive part of hairdressing and there’s no doubt that the fact I was a complete course junkie when I was training is why I’ve had such a fantastic career so far!

Even now I’m always trying to learn more and develop from the help of the best in our craft. I’m gratefully that now I can be the one out there and educating and inspiring fellow hairdressers to be the best you can be, which is why I dedicate a large part of my time to training events.

I, together with my team offer three different kinds of training:

Salon Coaching

Where I visit your salon for the day and give you coaching on a mix of commercial styles for everyday salon-life (with a Lee Stafford twist of course!) and also inspirational and aspiration looks.

I like to break the day down into two sessions; during the morning session I talk through two haircuts, giving you a step-by-step commentary as I work. In the afternoon session I can either do a third haircut, or I can work with you individually and talk your stylists through hair-cuts. I can also bring a colourist if you’re after some training on colouring, or more of my team if you’d like intensive training for your staff.

We can discuss your requirements prior to the event to make sure it’s tailored to your salon’s needs — even this rough-guide to a day is totally flexible, so we’ll make sure you’ll love the experience!

Stage Shows

I love nothing better than being up on-stage and sharing my passion for hairdressing, so if you’ve got a show coming up which you’d like me to be a part of get in touch. It can be just me or I can bring a team of stylists with me too.

Salon Openings

Having my own salons, I know just how much of a buzz you get from launching a salon, which is why I love being invited to open new salons! The excitement and anticipation of a new salon opening is contagious and there’s always a wicked vibe going on, so get in touch if you’d like me to open your new salon!
